Welcome to the Amar Madrasa Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement.
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
1.1. To become an affiliate, you must apply through our affiliate signup form.
1.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commissions & Payments
2.1. Affiliates earn a 10% commission on each successful referral that results in a qualifying purchase (i.e., a completed transaction that is not refunded or disputed).
2.2. Payments will be made on a monthly basis via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Alternative payment methods may be considered upon request.
2.3. A minimum threshold of $50 must be met before withdrawal.
2.4. Commissions are processed 30 days after the transaction is confirmed to prevent fraud or refund abuse.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1. Affiliates must not use misleading, false, or spammy methods to promote our website.
3.2. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their website or marketing materials comply with all applicable laws.
3.3. Any attempt to manipulate or artificially inflate commissions will result in immediate account termination.
4. Prohibited Activities
4.1. Affiliates may not engage in false advertising, misleading promotions, or any activity that harms our reputation.
4.2. Using paid ads that directly compete with our brand name or bidding on Amar Madrasa-related keywords is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Affiliates cannot impersonate Amar Madrasa or claim to be official representatives.
5. Termination
5.1. We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time for a breach of these terms.
5.2. Upon termination, pending commissions for valid referrals before termination will be paid unless fraud or policy violations are found.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
6.1. We do not guarantee any specific level of income or earnings for affiliates.
6.2. We are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in this program.
7. Amendments & Updates
7.1. We may update this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email and/or website announcements before major changes take effect.
7.2. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
8.1. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
