What is a refund?

A refund is when you get your money back for a course you bought from Amar Madrasa. You can ask for a refund if:

  • You have trouble using our website or app
  • You don’t receive the resources we promised in the course
  • You accidentally bought the wrong course

How to request a refund?

If you paid for an individual course or a bundle course, you can request a refund within 48 hours of your payment.

To request a refund, follow these steps on a computer:

  1. Call +8801534102038 (8 AM – 11 PM) and tell us the email address or phone number you used to sign up and purchase the course.
  2. A customer support representative will send you an SMS with a form to officially submit your refund request. You will need to provide details about your purchase on the form.
  3. Refund requests are only valid if you call +8801534102038 within 48 hours of purchasing the course and clearly provide your email address and phone number used during registration.

Please note:

  • Refunds do not apply to e-books.
  • If you buy a subscription-based course and the class has already started, you cannot get a refund.

We will process your refund within 7-14 working days after we successfully approve your refund request. We will either give you your money back through the same payment method you used to buy the course, or we will give you a voucher. We will send you an email to confirm that we have processed your refund.

When is a refund not applicable?

You cannot get a refund in these situations:

  • If you submit your complaint or refund request more than 48 hours after purchasing the course.
  • If you earn your Course Certificate within the 48-hour complaint period, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
  • If you file a complaint within the 48-hour complaint period and earn your Course Certificate within the next 7-day refund period, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you do any activity in the course (such as watching a video, taking a quiz or test, or downloading materials) after requesting a refund, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you watch more than 5 premium/paid videos before requesting a refund, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you buy an e-book.
  • If you buy a subscription-based course and the class has already started.

When is a refund applicable?

You can get a refund in these situations:

  • If you bought the wrong course or want to buy another course instead, we can transfer your purchase to the new course by giving you a voucher. If the price of the new course is:
    • Higher than the course you bought, you will need to pay us the extra amount through your preferred payment method.
    • Lower than the course you bought, we will give you back the extra amount through the same payment method you used to buy the course.
  • If Amar Madrasa fails to provide the resources we promised in the course.
  • If you accidentally bought a live class instead of a recorded class, or vice versa.

What happens when you request a refund?

Once you submit your refund request, we will temporarily lock your enrolled course. Amar Madrasa will send you an SMS within 3 working days to let you know if we have accepted your refund request. After we accept your request, we will unenroll you from the course and remove all of your progress. If you want to buy the course again later, you will have to start from the beginning.

It can take up to 7-14 working days for us to process your refund and return your money. If it takes longer than 14 working days, please call us at +8801534102038 (8 AM – 11 PM).

After we process your refund, we will send an email or SMS confirmation to your registered email address or phone number.
